Announcement: The Covenant of Christ Audio Recording in Women's Voices.

I was asked to publicly share this announcement.  "After hearing today that there will be at least one version of the new Covenant of Christ, recorded with the voices of the Remnant Women, my heart soared! ❤️ I said, “YES!!!” Everyone is so excited to read this new modern English version, and to be ready for the October Conference to vote on our new Covenant of Christ as our accepted scripture. But the reality is, most of us women are so busy with infants and young children, or we are working and overwhelmed with our daily lives, that finding time to sit down and read is truly difficult. It’s a barrier to hearing the words of Christ.  Luckily, an audio version with Women’s voices will really help everyone. We can listen while we run errands, fold laundry,  or make dinner.  The power of many voices is important too. Bearing witness of Christ, vocalizing His teachings, telling the story in a way it’s never been told before. Ever since the Emma Smith Conference, I have ...

Emma's Hope. Abortion Outreach Boxes (From Remembering Emma Smith Conference in Grand Junction, Colorado 10th - 12th July 2024)

Image
Here are images of the service project boxes presented at the Remembering Emma Smith and Women of Scripture conference on July 10th - 12th, 2024. These boxes are designed for women who may be contemplating abortion or dealing with reproductive loss. They can also be donated to reproductive health clinics and birth centers. The boxes symbolize a Christ-centered, supportive outreach within the restoration movement and towards our community, extending an invitation for assistance from the newly established Women's Storehouses. Inside the boxes are personalized handwritten letters filled with love and encouragement, along with an invitation to join a private online women's group. This group offers support and a community that rallies around the mother to ensure the best outcome for both her and the baby. To request a complimentary support box with the Emma's Hope pamphlet, or to receive PDF templates for creating your own boxes, please contact: ambitioustodogood@gmail.com

The Covenant of Christ. A 15 year Prophetic Fulfillment

In 2009 or 15 years ago, a book was published entitled ' Beloved Enos '  by Denver Snuffer. Today in our morning study group I read chapter 6 of that same book - Ask What Ye Will.  These particular paragraphs jumped out as currently prophetic to me and perhaps the season upon us right now. "The promise of delivering the records to the Lamanites is tied to the “own due time” of the Lord. In this context the “time” refers to the arrival of a prepared people who will accept the records. As it turns out that event is still future. We are working toward it, but have not seen it and will not see it until the sealed portion of the Book of Mormon is published. The Lord set in motion the fulfillment of the covenant with Joseph Smith. Getting the plates to Joseph, having the plates translated and printed, building an infrastructure to publish the book across the world in many languages, establishing the Church, gathering a people, and finally putting in motion a missionary ar...

The Illusion of Peace at the Expense of Righteousness

Please read this post overlaying it with a context and message for our day, in this dispensation.  Joseph Smith speaking to the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo... "President Smith continued by s peaking of the difficulties he had to surmount ever since the commencement of the work in consequence of aspiring men, “great big Elders” as he call’d them, who had caused him much trouble, whom he had taught in the private counsel; and they would go forth into the world and ploclaim [proclaim] the things he had taught them; as their own revelations— said the same aspiring disposition will be in this Society, and must be guarded against— that every person should stand and act in the place appointed, and thus sanctify the Society and get it pure—  He said he had been trampled underfoot by aspiring Elders, for all were infected with that spirit, for instance Parley P. Pratt Orson Pratt, Orson Hyde and John E. Page had been aspiring— they could not be exalted but must run away as ...

Women as Elders, bearing up the Lords Constitution on into the Millennium.

A quote from 2013  "... Joseph Smith's comment about the elders of Israel. If the Constitution is to be saved, it will be the elders of Israel that did it. And the comment about the Constitution lasting on into the millennium—My view is that if the elders of Israel have a role in preserving the Constitution, that role is not by legislating. That role is by converting people to the truth, because the Constitution is designed to govern a moral people. It is entirely unfit to govern any other kind of people. Therefore, if you want to fix what's wrong at the Constitutional level, you need to go out, and you need to preach the Gospel and convert people and change their hearts. Because right now, the hearts of this nation—the hearts of this people—are harder, are more strident, are more resistant to— I mean, look, what's the tool? Gentleness, meekness, and persuasion—that's the tool. That's what you get to use. Why do you think the Savior took a beating and forgav...

To Remember and Preserve the Female Relief Society begun in Nauvoo

Delivered to a small gathering of Women on the evening of 17th of March 2024 We will remember what was given .  To all the Women who hold sacred in their hearts the Lord’s Restoration as administered through Joseph and Emma Smith, I welcome You. Thank You for being here. In order to understand our duty and to move forward into the new season approaching, we need to turn our hearts in remembrance of that which was given at the commencement of the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo in 1842. Specifically, to once again come under the authority and mirror the divine female pattern of heaven, to comprehend the prophecies, and to be diligent to the responsibilities devolving upon us as laid out through the revelations of Joseph Smith until his martyrdom 1844. And again, as daughters of the continuing Restoration, we must strive to remember the counsel given by our Elect Mother Emma. May her words and guidance become precious to our hearts today...
